Ingredients used in Ras Batata
• Potatoes - 115 grams.
• Onions - 115 grams.
• Cauliflower - 115 grams.
• Tomatoes - 225 grams.
• French beans - 115 grams.
• Peas - 115 grams.
• Bottle gourd - 115 grams.
• Carrots - 115 grams.
• Green chillies - 10 grams.
• Peppercorns - 6 numbers.
• Cinnamon - 1 numbers.
• Cloves - 6 numbers.
• Coconut - 115 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:

1.Wash and cut vegetables ,green chillies ,and potatoes ,and boil .

2. crush the pepper, cinnamom cloves and salt and add to vegetables .

3. When vegetables are properly cooked ,add thick coconut milk and keep on fire till it boils .

4. Lower heat and let the curry simmer .
