Ingredients used in Raw Banana Topping
• Raw bananas - 4 numbers.
• Boiled peas - 1/4 cup.
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
• Mustard seeds - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Green chilli, chopped finely - 1 numbers.
• Chopped tomato - 1 tablespoons.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Garam masala - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Amchoor powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Curry leaves - 4-5 leaf.
• Salt - to taste.
• Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoons.
• Bread slices - 6 slice.
Method:
  1. Pressurecook bananas in skins for 1 whistles (or boil till tender).
  2. Cool a little, peel, grate and keep aside
  3. Mash the peas
  4. Heat oil, add mustrd seeds, let it splutter
  5. Add curry leaves, red chilli, and grated bananas
  6. Add green chillies, peas, tomatoes, turmeric powder, garam masala, amchoor powder and salt
  7. Mix it well
  8. Take from fire and let it cool
  9. Make six portion of the mixture
  10. Butter each bread slice on both sides
  11. Spread one portion of mixture on one slice
  12. Sprinkle some sesame seeds
  13. Repeat for all the slices
  14. Bake in hot oven at 220oC for 5-6 minutes or till toasts are crisp
  15. Cut into half each slice, before serving.
  16. Serve hot with ketchup and crushed paprika
