RAW PAPAYA SALAD

Ingredients used in RAW PAPAYA SALAD
• Ginger - 1 piece.
• Garlic - 4 clove.
• Red chilies - 4-5 numbers.
• Lime juice - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Sugar - 1/2 tablespoon.
• Raw papaya (julian's) - 1 cup.
• Carrot ( julian's) - 1/2 cup.
• Tomato (julian's) - 1/2 cup.
• Spring onions (white portion) - 1/4 cup.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Ground nut - 1/4 cup.
Method:
  • Crush the ginger and garlic with pestle.
  • Soak red chilies in hot water for 30 minutes and place the chillies in mixie jar and blend to smooth red chili paste.
  • Take a bowl and add ginger and garlic crush, lime juice, red chili paste, salt, sugar and mix it.
  • Add raw papaya, carrot, tomato, spring onions, coriander leaves and mix it, later crush it with pestle.
  • Transfer into serving plate and garnish with roasted ground nut.

Now healthy raw papaya salad is ready to serve.
