Raw Tamarind Cucumber Chutney

Ingredients used in Raw Tamarind Cucumber Chutney
• Yellow cucumber (pieces) - 1 cup.
• Raw tamarind - 1/2 cup.
• Green chilies - 4-5 no.
• Ginger chopped (small) - 1 piece.
• Salt - to taste.
• Cumin seeds - as required.
Method:
  • Peel of yellow cucumber, remove the seeds and cut into pieces.
  • Crush the raw tamarind with pestle and remove seeds, transfer into a blender.
  • Add yellow cucumber, green chilies, ginger, salt, cumin seeds and blend it coarsely.

Now the raw tamarind and cucumber chutney is ready to serve.
