Ingredients used in Raw tomato chutney
• Onion - 1/2 numbers.
• Tamarind - 0 .
• Green chilli - 4-5 numbers.
• Roasted peanuts - 1/2 cup.
• Raw tomato - 5-6 numbers.
• Oil - 1-2 tablespoons.
• Salt - 0 .
Method:
1. Roast peanuts , remove the skin and keep aside. 2.Cut the raw tomatoes(green tomatoes) and onion in to medium size cubes . 3.Take a pan, and add little oil to the pan.Let the oil get heated first and then put these raw tomato and onion cubesand green chilli whole. Fry them under low-medium heat until they are tender by covering the lid with occasional stirring. 4. Once they are tender , turn off the stove and let them cool . 5.Then grind or blend the peanuts and the fired green chillies first.Then add tomato cubes and very very little tamarind(optional) , salt and grind.finally mix the onion cubes.

Hi GUys!! I tried out this green tomato chutney recipe posted above and it tasted amazing!! I love it. We ate it with chapati and also with plain rice. If you want to eat with plain rice make sure you are bit more spice. For chapati the giving recipe
