Ingredients used in Raw Veggies Chutney
• Roasted peanuts / roasted chana daal - powder - coarsely ground - 0.5 cup.
• Grated or finely chopped onions - 1 numbers.
• Finely chopped tomato (ripe) - 1 numbers.
• Grated or finely chopped cucumber - 0.5 cup.
• Yoghurt - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste .
• Finely chopped green chillies - 4 numbers.
• Cumin & coriander powder - 1 pinch.
• Coriander leaves - finely chopped - 1 bunch.
• Tadka - .
Method:
Take the roasted peanuts / putana powder in a bowl. Add Grated onions, tomatoes, cucumber, chillies and mix well. add salt, cumin and coriander powder and lastly add yoghurt to the mixture and mix well. you may add water to get the consistency of loose yoghurt mix well and keep aside heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and hing to it. add a couple of red chillies to taste Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve
