Ingredients used in Redbell pepper chutney
• Tamarind - little small.
• Turmaric &salt - little to taste.
• Garlic & jeera - 6 cloves tablespoons.
• Urd dal& chana dal - 4 tablespoons.
• Red bellpepper cut in to samll pieces - 2 piece.
• Tomatos or peanuts or sesame seeds - 2 stricks.
In the pan add oil after few sec add dals and jeera and garlic ley it fry for 1mnt. Now add bell pepper amp;salt amp; turmaric amp;tamrind let it cook on slow flame til it done 90% noe cool it and make chutney. if you want to make a variation you can add tomatos and peanut and sesame seeds. it will be good with dosa , idly.rice,upma or on bread.
