Ingredients used in Rice Flakes Laddu
• Grated coconut - 1/2 cup.
• Sugar - 1/2 cup.
• Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Rice flakes (aval) - 1 cup.
• Ghee - 2 tablespoons.
• Cashew nuts - 5 numbers.
Fry rice flakes in a pan till crisp. Remove from fire, keep it aside and allow to cool. Grind it with sugar and coconut. Do not add water. Transfer this to a vessel and add cardamom powder. Mix well.Cut the cashew nuts into small pieces. Heat ghee in a pan and add the cashew nuts. Saut it and add the prepared rice flake powder in it. Mix it well and remove from fire. Shape into laddus (small balls).
