Ingredients used in Rice Flour Pakodi
• Rice flour - 2 cup.
• Bengal gram - 3 tablespoons.
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• Green chillies - 6 numbers.
• Curry leaves - 5 leaf.
• Salt - to taste.
• Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tablespoons.
• Oil - to fry.
• Water - 1 cup.
Method:
Take some Bengal Gram and soak them in water for 4 hrs. Take rice flour in a bowl and add chopped onions, chopped chillies, curry leaves, ginger-garlic paste, soaked Bengal gram, and add salt to your taste. Add sufficient water and mix them so that you get a medium consistency. Take a kadai and add oil required to deep fry the pakodi. Once the oil is heated, drop the mixture like pakodi and fry them until they turn golden-brown. Serve them hot with a tasty sauce.
