Ingredients used in Rice Flour Paronthe
• Ajwin (organo) - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Amjoor (dry mango powder) - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Besan (gram flour) - 1/2 cup.
• Chat masala - 1 teaspoons.
• Ghee - 6 teaspoons.
• Rice flour - 2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Water - 2 cup.
• Meduim onion finely cut - 1 numbers.
• Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Hing (asafoetida) - pinch.
• Haldi (turmaric powder) - pinch.
• Grean coriander leaves - to taste.
Method:
  1. Boil the water in pan add salt.
  2. Mix the rice flour in bolling water thoroughly amp; remove from fire
  3. Knead dough for paranthe keep aside.
  4. Add above all ingredients in besan amp; make thick batter with water, keep aside.
  5. Make small balls for rice dough amp; roll two separate rotis from this.
  6. Grease the hot tawa amp; place one roti amp; spread besan batter on it, than put second roti on it, when one side is cooked turn amp; cook the other side, spered ghee, remove when both side turn a silight pinkish tint.

Serve hot with Sabji or Curd.
