Ingredients used in Roast Yakhni - Leg of lamb with a spicy coating
• Dried coconut - 1 small.
• Almonds - 1 teaspoons.
• Garlic clove - 1 piece.
• Black peppercorns - 1 teaspoons.
• Poppy seeds - 2 tablespoons.
• Cayenne pepper - 2 teaspoons.
• Onions - 2 large.
• Ginger paste - 2 teaspoons.
• Nutmeg - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Ghee - 250 grams.
• Yoghurt (dahi, creamy) - 1500 grams.
• Lamb leg - 3000 grams.
• Cardamoms - 6-7 numbers.
• Cinnamon sticks - 3 piece.
• Asafoetida - 1 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
Grind together: black pepper, cayenne, poppy seeds, garlic, ginger, onions, almonds, coconut, nutmeg and salt. Make slashes in the meat and fill with spice/onion paste. Put meat into a pan with ghee, dahi, cardamoms, cinnamon, and bay leaves, then cook on medium heat. Turn meat occasionally and sprinkle with hing water, adding water or dahi if necessary. As meat becomes done, reduce heat. Meat should be absolutely tender when done.

I don't think that the recipe has been correctly written. Firstly, it is not possible to get a leg of lamb weighing 3000 g. Secondly, the marination time should be at least 8 to 10 hours and thirdly, I don't think we can cook the leg and only 25 minu
