Ingredients used in russain cutlet
• Ajino moto - 1 tablespoons.
• All purpose flour(maida) - 1 cup.
• Milk - 1 cup.
• Carrot finely chopped - 2 .
• French beans finely chopped - 100 grams.
• Oil - to fry.
• Water - 1 cup.
• Potatoes cut into 3-4 pieces - 2 large.
• Ghee - 6-7 tablespoons.
• Ginger,garlic;green chilly paste - 4 tablespoons.
• Chicken cut into pieces - 1 small.
• Garam masala - 1 tablespoons.
• Green chillies chopped - 6-8 .
• Eggs beated with little salt - 3-4 .
• Thin roasted vermicelli crushed - 2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:

boil chicken with 2 tbsp of ginger garlicamp;green chilly paste,potatoes,salt and water till chicken tender. shred the chicken,mash the potatoes and keep aside the stock. heat ghee,add french beans, carrot, stir till soft,add in remaining paste. stir for sometime and add in maida, stir well and add potatoes. stir for sometime and pour in the stock and milk and salt to taste . cook till it thickens. add chicken, garam masala and chillies.check salt remove from fire. when cool,make into the cutlet shape,dip in the egg and then put in the crushed vermicelli and deep fry or shallow fry it. serve with lemon and tomato sauce.
