Ingredients used in Sabudana Roti
• Peanuts - half cup.
• Jeera - half teaspoons.
• Salt - according to taste.
• Greenchillies - 3 numbers.
• Sabudana or sago - 1 cup.
• Coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons.
1. Soak sabudana for 2 hours and drain the water, 2. Add coarsely crushed peanuts, finely cut green chillies, coriander leaves, jeera and salt. 3. Mix them nicely and on a Tawa or griddle take a ball of mixture and spread evenly like a chapathi. Add oil and close and cook on slow flame. 4. Cook on each side till they become golden brown and serve it with coconut chutney.

is there an alternate for peanuts in sabudana roti. we are allergic to peanuts
