Ingredients used in Safed Mas
• Lamb - 1000 grams.
• Curds - 1 1/2 cup.
• Fat - 250 grams.
• Onions - 150 grams.
• Garlic - 6 clove.
• Red chillies - 7 grams.
• Black pepper - 1 numbers.
• Cumin - 3 grams.
• Poppy seeds - 45 grams.
• Cashewnuts - 25 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
• Water - 1/2 numbers.

1. Clean and cut lamb in to 1 #39;#39; piece with the bones .

2. Slice onions and garlic .

3. Grind together remaining spices .

4. Place all ingredients in a pressure cooker .

5. Cover and allow the steam to come up .

6. Place 10 lb .pressure on .Cook for a further 15 minutes . Cool pressure cooker slowly .

7. Open lid and take out the curry.
