1. Clean and cut lamb in to 1 #39;#39; piece with the bones .
2. Slice onions and garlic .
3. Grind together remaining spices .
4. Place all ingredients in a pressure cooker .
5. Cover and allow the steam to come up .
6. Place 10 lb .pressure on .Cook for a further 15 minutes . Cool pressure cooker slowly .
7. Open lid and take out the curry.
