Ingredients used in SAGO LADDU
• Ghee - 3 tablespoons.
• Almonds - 10-15 numbers.
• Urad dal - 1 tablespoon.
• Cashewnuts - 5-6 numbers.
• Sago - 1 cup.
• Powdered sugar(or jaggery) - 1 cup.
Method:
  • Take some ghee in a hot pan.
  • Now add almonds, urad dal and roast it for few minutes on a very slow flame.
  • Also add cashewnuts and sago, then roast it for few more minutes and switch off the flame.
  • Once it cools down blend it into a coarse powder and take in a bowl.
  • Now add powdered sugar, ghee and mix it thoroughly.
  • Now make small ladoo’s with your hand and enjoy these mouth watering ladoo’s.
