Ingredients used in Sagu Dosa (saggubiyyam)
• Water - 3 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Chillies - 2 numbers.
• Onions chopped - 1/2 cup.
• Rice flour - 2 cup.
• Curd - 1/2 cup.
• Sagu (saggubiyyam) - 1 cup.
• Oil - 1/2 cup.
Method:
Take a bowl and beat the curd. Add three cups of water to that, then add sagu (saggubiyyam) to that. Leave it for over night. Then add rice flour upto right consistancy (it should not be very watery or very thicky). then add chilli paste, chopped onions, salt. leave it for half an hour. Then prepare Dosas. Prepare Dosa like preparing Ravva Dosa.
