Ingredients used in Salsa Rice
• Uncooked rice salsa - 1 cup.
• Ghee/oil/butter - 2 tablespoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Spring onions (finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
  1. Wash and drain rice
  2. Heat the ghee/oil/butter
  3. When it is hot enough, add the cumin seeds. Allow them to splutter

  4. Add the rice and saute for some time.

  5. Add just enough salsa to coat the rice.

  6. Add salt to taste
  7. Add the same amount of water you would normally use to cook rice

  8. Cook in a pressure cooker and lastly sprinkle spring onion.
