Ingredients used in samba sadam
• salt To Taste.
• curry leaves 1 Numbers.
• peppercorns 20 Grams.
• cumin 10 Grams.
• cashew nuts 30 Grams.
• green chillies 8 Numbers.
• steamed rice 250 Grams.
• refined oil 5 ml.
How to make the recipe:

1.broil cumin and peppercorns and pound.heat oil in a pan. add the pounded cumin and peppercorns,green chillies, cashew nuts and curry leaves.2

2.add steamed rice.check for seasoning and serve garnished with curry leaves.
