Ingredients used in Samundari Ratan
• Lobster - 1 numbers.
• Mustard dijon - 10 grams.
• Spaghetti - 35 grams.
• French fries - 35 grams.
• Carrot/broccoli/green pea - 60 grams.
• Lemon - 1 numbers.
• Cheese cheddar - 35 grams.
• Salt & pepper - to taste.
Method:
1.Clean the lobster and marinate with salt pepper and mustard, olive oil. With the help of skewer grill it. 2. On a low flame melt the butter saut the onions, garlic and add 20ml water, with butter squeeze the lemon and finish the sauce with butter 3. Saut the boiled vegetables and spaghetti with onion, garlic and olive oil. 4. Arrange the pasta and French fry on the bottom of sizzler tray and Grilled Lobster on the top of pasta. 5. Pour the sauce and spread cheese on top
