Ingredients used in Sarvapindi(riceflour pancake)
• Salt - 1 teaspoons.
• Chilli poweder - 1 teaspoons.
• Jeera seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Sesam seeds - 2 teaspoons.
• Chanadal - 2 tablespoons.
• Onions - 1 big.
• Riceflour - 2 cup.
• Gingergarlic paste - 1 teaspoons.
• Curry leaves - 1 stricks.
• Oil - 1 cup.
Method:
Cut the onions small thin slices. In bowl add rice flour and all the ingredients except oil and mix it well with hot water, like chapati atta.After take thick bottom of nonstick wide pan and coat it with 1 spoon of oil then take some mixture of atta and rojund it like a ball and apply to pan (little thicker than chapati ) to apply use your fingers.Apply it eventually at edges and middle .Afterwards make holes 3 to 4 around the pancake then pore one spoon oil above the pan cake.Cover the pan with lid and fry it with well two sides,Rice flour pan cake ready.Serve hot with ghee or curd
