To make sprouts,soak the grains for 8 hrs,drain well and keep for a night in hotbox.
Soak corn separately.
Soak uraddal,green gram,mace,millet,soya,horsegram,raagi and wheat.
Soak and make sprouts of above ingredients.
Then dry the sprouts in room temperature and dry roast in medium flame little by little.(till smell comes)
Dry roast the remaining ingredients too except elaichi.
Powder all together and store in air-tight container.
