Ingredients used in SAVORY BLADE POT ROAST
• Blade bone pot roast - 3 lbs.
• Wine vinegar - 1/4 cup.
• Cooking oil - 1/4 cup.
• Ketchup - 1/4 cup.
• Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons.
• Worcestershire sauce - 2 .
• Garlic powder - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Dried rosemary - 1 teaspoons.
• Dry mustard - 1/2 teaspoons.
Method:
In a skillet, brown meat slowly in a small amount of hot oil. Sprinkle meat with a little salt. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Cover tightly and simmer 2 hours or until tender. Remove meat and skim fat
