Ingredients used in Sel Gosht
• Mutton - 500 grams.
• Onions - 2 numbers.
• Curds - 100 grams.
• Tomatoes - 2 numbers.
• Green chillies - 2 numbers.
• Coriander leaves - 1/8 bunch.
• Garlic - 8-10 clove.
• Ginger - 2.5 cm piece.
• Coriander powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Cumin powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Garam masala - 11/2 teaspoons.
• Pepper - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Fat - 100 grams.

1. Into a strong bottomed pan ,place fat ,chopped onions ,garlic ,ginger , mutton mixed with curds ,spices ,salt and chopped tomatoes .

2. Cover and cook over very sow fire .

3. When mutton is cooked ,add garam masala and pepper powder .

4. Mix well and serve hot .
