Ingredients used in Seven Cups
• Coconut - shredded - 1 cup.
• Milk - 1 cup.
• Besan (gram flour) - 1 cup.
• Ghee - 1 cup.
• Sugar - 3 cup.
Method:
1) Mix 1 measure of Basin with 1 measure of Milk amp; 1 measure of Ghee. 2) Mix well so that there are no lumps of flour. 3) Add 1 measure of shredded coconut and 3 measures of sugar. 4) Mix well and keep stirring on a medium flame untiil it forms a thick paste 5) Pour the thick mixture into a nonstick plate and allow it to cool 6) Cut it into small peices and enjoy the desi sweet ! All Ingredients can be taken one measure each, need not neceessarily be one cup. There are 7 cups in total, hence called 7 cups!
