Ingredients used in SEVIYAN
• Nuts (almonds & pistachios) - 2 tablespoons.
• Raisins (kishmish) - 2 tablespoons.
• Condensed milk - 1/2 numbers.
• Vemicelli noodles (seviyan) - 50 grams.
• Cardamoms (ilaichi) (powdered) - 2 numbers.
• Whole milk - 500 ml.
• Pure ghee or butter - 1 tablespoons.
  • Heat pure ghee or butter in a pan, fry the Vermicelli until light brown.
  • Bring milk to a boil. Add condensed milk, vermicelli and cardamom powder.
  • Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until soft and top with raisins and nuts.

hai I am srilakshmi, your recipe is good but one small question why u have used condensed milk instead of sugar?
