Ingredients used in Sheer Khorma
• Wheat vermicile - little .
• Raisin - 20 grams.
• Dates - 5to 6 numbers.
• Nuts (almond, cashew nut, pistachio ) finely sliced length wise - 2 cup.
• Condense milk - 1 .
• Milk - 1000 ml.
• Ghee - 100 grams.
• Fresh cream (optional) - 1/2 cup.
• Sugar (according to taste) - 1 to 1/2 cup.
Method:
first step is to keep all the ingredient ready take dates n remove sead n cut the date into 4 piece length wise take ghee in a pan n heat it add nuts to it n fry them on slow flame til light brown then add vermicille to it fry it then add raisin n date fry for while add milk increase the flame let it boil for a while then add condense milk n cream to it let it boil for 2 mins stirr it continously then add sugar boil it for 2 min then leave it on very low flame for 10 mins serve warm along with savaiyyan
