Ingredients used in Shrimp and Cucumber
• Cucumber - 1 number.
• Shrimp - 150 grams.
• Vinegar - 1/3 cup.
• Sugar - 2 tablespoons.
• Sake - 1 tea spoon.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • Cut cucumber into thin round slices.
  • Pour boiled water over shrimp in a strainer.
  • Mix vinegar, sugar, and sake in a bowl.
  • Add cucumber slices and shrimp in the bowl and mix well.

Serve.
