Ingredients used in shuktoni
• Chauli beans - 10 grams.
• Brinjals - 2 numbers.
• Potatoes - 150 grams.
• Drumsticks - 30 grams.
• Broad beans - 100 grams.
• Radish - 2 grams.
• Peas - 100 grams.
• Bitter ground - 50 grams.
• Ginger - 5 grams.
• Turmeric powder - 1 grams.
• Mustard seeds - 2 grams.
• Milk - 20 ml.
• Sugar - 2 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
• Fat - 30 grams.
• Fenugreek - pinch.
• Onion seed - pinch.
• Fennel - pinch.
• Cumin - pinch.
• Mustard seeds - pinch.

1.cut beans brinjals peeled potatoes radish and bitter gourd into long pieces and fry separately.

2.cut drumsticks into long pieces and shell peas.

3.grind ginger mustard seeds and turmeric to a smooth paste.

4.heat fat fry dry mixed spices and curry leaves.add vegetables and fry a little.

5.add ground spices salt sugar and enough water to cook the vegetables.cover and simmer till vegetables are tender.

6.add milk and cook till the gravy becomes thick.
