Ingredients used in Simple Cider
• Apple juice - 1.5 gallons.
• Ginger - 3 numbers.
• Cinnamon stick - 5 numbers.
• Clove - 50 grams.
Method:
  • Warm up the apple juice. (You can use an industrial coffee machine if preferred.)
  • In a muslin bag (or tea bag) put cinnamon sticks, cloves, ginger 3-add bag to apple juice and allow it to sit for 10-15 minutes before use. Leave bag in and serve warm.
