Ingredients used in Snakegourd Kheer
• Snake gourd - 1 numbers.
• Rice flour - 1-1/2 cup.
• Sugar - 2 cup.
• Cardamom powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Milk - 2 cup.
• Raisins - 1 tablespoons.
• Chopped almonds - 1 tablespoons.
• Chopped pista - 1 tablespoons.
• Water - 1/2 cup.
• Grated coconut - 1/4 cup.

Take the Rice flour and mix it in 1/2 cup water. Mix it well to find no lumps and keep it aside. Now chop the Snake Gourd into small pieces. Bring milk to boil. While the milk is boiling stir it so that it won't stick to the bottom of the vessel. Now once the milk is boiled, add these chopped Snake Gourd pieces to it. Put it on possible low flame, keep lid on it and let it cook for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Now once the Snake Gourd are cooked well, add Cardamom Powder to it. Add Sugar to the mixture and stir it well so that the sugar gets dissolved completely. Now let it be on medium flame for 2 minutes. Now add grated coconut, Rice flour mixture to it. stir it very well so that it gets mixed well and no lumps are formed. Now let this get cooked on very low flame for 3-4 minutes. Once you find the rice flour has become soft, add nuts and raisins to this and serve it hot.
