Ingredients used in Sooji Halwa (Cream of Semolina)
• Semolina (sooji) - 1 cup.
• Cashew nuts - 8 numbers.
• Almonds - 8 numbers.
• Cardamoms powder - half tea spoon.
• Sugar - 1 cup.
• Water - 2 cups.
• Ghee or oil - 1/4 cup.
  • Heat the ghee or oil in a pan. Add sooji and roaston a very low flame until it turns light brown and gives a nice aroma.
  • Then add water and let it absorb. (Stir continously)
  • Add sugar and stir gently.
  • At last, add dry fruits. Mix and take off heat.

Serve it hot or also can serve ward or chilled.
