Ingredients used in sorakaya payasam(Bottle guard sweet)
• Dry fruits - hand full .
• Ghee - as required .
• Milk - 1 litre .
• Bottleguard - 1/2 piece numbers.
• Milk maid - 1 bottle.
• Sabudana - hand full .

Tak half bottle guard amp; cut it into 4 pieces amp;remove the seed inside usin knife amp;then nicely grate it using a grater then remove da water in da grated botlle guard bt sqeezin wid hand tak a pan amp;add ghee into it after 2min add da sqeezed bottle guard into da pan amp;cook it until the raw smell is gone runtil brown do not over cook or fry after brown add milk amp;mix it add sabudana or sagubiyyam as required amp;mix it finally add milkmaid whole amp;add dryfruits amp;a final touch of gheee sevr either hot r chilled i prefer chilled it taste creamyy jst lika icecream
