Ingredients used in Sorrakai dosa (Anapakai dosa)
• Red chilli powder - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Yellow moong dal - 1 tablespoons.
• Rice flour - 2 cup.
• Sorakai - 1 small.
• Salt - to taste.
soak moon dal for half an hour initially.grate the peeled sorakkai.mix the rice flour along with the grated sorakkai and yellow moong dal.add red chilli powderand salt to taste along with water,mix the dough just as chappati dough.then heat the dosa pan.make small rolls from the dough and pat the dough on the can as well pat them on a plastic sheet.then roast it as we do for dosa...
