Ingredients used in South Indian red hot chutney with papad
• Chopped onion - 1 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Tamarind pulp - 2 tablespoons.
• Long red chillies (badgi) - 4-5 numbers.
• Grated coconut - 1 cup.
• Fried red papad - 3-4 numbers.
• Garlic - 10-12 numbers.
Method:

1.) coarse grind all the ingredients except the papad and onion.add little water if needed 2.) remove the coarsely ground mixture in a bowl. 3.) add onion to the mixture. 4.) garnish with crushed red papad. 5.) ready to serve.
