SOYA KABULI CHANNA TIKKI

Ingredients used in SOYA KABULI CHANNA TIKKI
• Chickpeas(soaked) - 1/2 cup.
• Soya chunks - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Ginger(finely chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Garlic(finely chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Anardana powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Garam masala - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Red chilly flakes - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Kasuri methi - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
  • Take soya chunks and place in boiling water for 5 minutes, squeeze water and keep aside.
  • In a blender add chickpeas, soya chunks, salt and blend into coarse paste, transfer into a bowl.
  • To it add ginger, garlic, anardana powder, garam masala, red chili flakes, coriander leaves, dry roasted and crushed kasuri methi and mix nicely.
  • Take small dumpling and give the shape of flat round tikki.
  • Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry tikkie on both sides and transfer into a plate.

Now soya kabuli channa tikki are ready to serve.
