Ingredients used in Soya Parotha
• Ginger, garlic, green chillies paste - to taste.
• Sugar - to taste.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Till - 1 tablespoons.
• Yogurt - 1/4 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - to fry.
• Any greens such as spinach, methior grated carrots/cabbage/zuccuni - to taste.
• Wheat flour - 1 cup.
• Soya flour - 1 cup.
Method:
  1. Mix both flour and mix with 2 tblsp. of oil.
  2. Add whatever vegetables you have, lets as spinach which is chopped nicely.
  3. Mix all the ingredients.
  4. Knead the atta just like parotha atta.
  5. Make parothas and fry in the frying pan.
  6. Serve with yogurt.
