SOYA SAUCE FISH CURRY

Ingredients used in SOYA SAUCE FISH CURRY
• Water - as required.
• Red green capsicum (cubes) - 1 number.
• Green capsicum (cubes) - 1 number.
• Onion (cubes) - 1 number.
• Brinjal (cubes) - 1 number.
• Fish - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Corn flour - 1 tablespoon.
• Maida - 1 tablespoon.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Soya sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Veniger - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili sauce - 1 tablespoon.
• Red chili paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Tomato ketch up - 1 tea spoon.
• Ajinomoto - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Sugar - pinch.
• Garlic - 5 numbers.
• Ginger - small.
Method:
  • Take a pan and add water, chopped brinjal, chopped red and greencapsicum, chopped onion, now cook the vegetable stock.
  • Then take a plate add fish pieces, salt as per taste, corn flour, maida, red chili powder and mix it well.
  • Later take a pan add oil to deep fry and fry fish pieces. Transfer to a separate plate.
  • Now take a bowl add soya sauce, vinegar, red chili sauce, red chili paste, tomato ketchup, Ajinomoto, cumin powder, coriander powder, sugar along with boiled vegetable stock and mix it well.
  • Take a pan, add oil when it is hot enough, add chopped garlic, chopped ginger, chopped onion, chopped red and green capsicum. Saute all these nicely.
  • Now add sauces and cook it well. Add fried fish pieces and corn flour water and saute all these nicely.

Now serve with rice.
