Ingredients used in spicy bean jostadas
• Olive oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Baked beans - 1 can.
• Soft corn kernels - 1/2 cup.
• Chopped tomatoes, coriander and onions - 1/2 cup.
• Fresh parsely - 1 tablespoons.
• Chilli powder - 1 numbers.
• Flour tortillas - 6 cup.
• Shredded cheddar chesse - 1/2 cup.
• Sour cream and chunchy salsa - 1/2 cup.
• Shredded lettuce - 1 cup.
• Green chillies, finely chopped - 6-7 numbers.
• Cold water - 1 tablespoons.
• Corn flour - 2 teaspoons.
• Tomato sause - 3 tablespoons.
• Oil, tortillas - to fry.
• Tabasco sauce - to taste.
• Salt and pepper - to taste.
Method:

1.In a large pan, heat 3 tabelspoons of oil add the onions, chillies and saute for 5 minutes. Now add the chopped tomatoes and saute for another 5 minutes.

2.Add the baked beans and corn. Cook for 5 minutes, or till the mixtuer dries up a little bit. Add the tomato sauce, chilli powder ans salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes.

3.Add the coriander and parsely, saute fornbsp;2 minutes. then add the cornflour mixed with 4 tabelspoons of water to the saucepan and cook for 2 minutes, till the mixtuer becomes little thick.

4.Take off the fire, dash in the tabasco sauce and then keep aside.

5.Now separately heat the oil in a pan and deep fry the flour tortillas, one by one, over high heat till crisp.keep aside.
