Ingredients used in SPICY CHICKEN SAALAN
• Corriander chopped - 1 cup.
• Garlic paste - 1 teaspoons.
• Ginger paste - 1 teaspoons.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Red chili powder - 11/2 teaspoons.
• Tomato chopped - 200 grams.
• Onion chopped - 200 grams.
• Chicken pieces - 500 grams.
• Garam masala powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Cashew and raisin paste - 1 tablespoons.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:

FRY THE CHOPPED ONIONS IN OIL AND MAKE A THICK PASTE OF IT. FRY THE CHOPPED TOMATO IN OIL SEPARATELY AND MAKE A THICK PASTE OF IT. ADD 1/2 CUP CHOPPED CORIANDER TO THE TOMATO PASTE. TAKE 1 SMALL ONION AND FRY IT TILL GOLDEN BROWN, ADD 1/2 tsp GARLIC AND 1/2 tsp GINGER PASTE TO IT, ADD TURMERIC POWDER TO IT, THEN ADD SALT TO TASTE, THEN ADD CHICKEN PIECES TO THE MIXTURE AND KEEP IT FOR COOKING FOR 10 MIN. TAKE ANOTHER UTENSIL AND ADD OIL TO IT, ADD 1/2 tsp GINGER AND 1/2 tsp GARLIC PASTE TO IT AND FRY,ADD LITTLE WATER TO IT, ADD TOMATO PASTE TO IT, THEN ADD ONION PASTE TO IT, THEN ADD RED CHILI POWDER AND KEEP IT FOR COOKING FOR 5 MINS. ADD MARINATED CHICKEN MIXTURE TO IT. ADD 1 CUP WATER ADD GARAM MASALA POWDER TO IT AND SALT TO TASTE AND KEEP IT FOR COOKING FOR MORE 5 MINS. ADD CASHEW AND RAISIN PASTE AND COOK IT FOR 2 MINS AND SERVE HOT.
