Ingredients used in Spicy Dry Lucknowi Potatoes
• Baby potatoes - 500 grams.
• Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Coriander seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Chili flakes - 1 teaspoons.
• Cumin powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Dry mango powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Green chilies - to taste.
• Fresh coriander - 1/2 bunch.
• Oil - to fry.
• Chaat masala - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
1.Boil baby potatoes and peel their skin. 2.Heat oil in a wok. 3.When the oil gets heated add cumin seeds and coriander seeds. 4.When the cumin seeds start crackling add baby potatoes 5.To the baby potatoes add all the dry spices like chili flakes,salt,cumin powder,chaat masala and dried mango powder. 6.mix everything and allow potatoes to cook until they become brown. 7.Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
