Ingredients used in Spicy Egg Curry
• Green chilles - 1 numbers.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoons.
• Oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Red cilly powder - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Salt - 0 tablespoons.
• Garam masala - 1 1/2 tablespoons.
• Cinnamon - 1 stricks.
• Cloves - 2 to fry.
• Cardamon - 2 to fry.
• Chopped coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons.
• Onions - 1 big.
• Tomatos - 2 numbers.
• Boiled eggs - 6 numbers.
• Turmeric powder - pinch.
Method:
Take a pot and add oil. Let it heat,then add cloves,cinnamon,cardamon. As they fry add chopped green chilles and chopped onions. After they turn brown add ginger garlic paste and pich of turmeric powder. Now add Chopped Tomatos and salt to taste,let it cook well until the oil separates the gravy. You can even add some water to make gravy. But make sure the oil saperates from gravy. Add garam Masala to the gravy and remove the lid. Take the boiled eggs make 2 slits on both sides and add these eggs to the gravy,cover it with lid. Let it cook for 5 mins and add coriander leaves. Ready to serve with rice or roti.
