• Red chilli powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Olive oil - 1 tablespoons.
• Garlic finely chopped - 1 clove.
• Onions finely chopped - 1/2 cup.
• Chopped zuccini, carrots, peas (any vegetable combination) - 1 cup.
• Tomato puree - 2 tablespoons.
• Tomatoes chopped - 1 numbers.
• Rajma (kidney beans) - 1 cup.

Add some water and bring to a boil. Add the cilantro, tomatoes and tomato puree and red chilli powder. Simmer for 5 minutes.
