Ingredients used in Spicy Orange Hummus
• Fresh parsley leaves - 1/4 cup.
• Chopped onions - 2 tablespoons.
• Garlic - 1 clove.
• Orange juice - 1/4 cup.
• Tahini (sesame seed paste) - 2 tablespoons.
• Rice vinegar - 2 tablespoons.
• Low sodium soy sauce - 1 teaspoons.
• Dijon mustard - 1 teaspoons.
• Salt - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Ground ginger - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Ground coriander - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Ground turmeric - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Ground cumin - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Paprika - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Chickpeas, drained - 15 ounces.
Method:
1. Drop parsley, onion, and garlic through food chute with food processor on, and process until minced. 2. Add orange juice and remaining ingredients, and process until smooth. 3. Serve with pita triangles or crudite.
