Spicy Pork with  French Beans

Ingredients used in Spicy Pork with French Beans
• Minced pork - 100 grams.
• French beans, cut into 2cm lengths - 250 grams.
• Minced garlic - 1 teaspoons.
• Light soy sauce - 1 tablespoons.
• Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoons.
• Sugar - 1 teaspoons.
• Sesame oil - to taste.
• Pepper - to taste.
• Spicy bean paste - 1 tablespoons.
• Water - 100 ml.
• Cornflour mixed with 1 tbsp water - 1 teaspoons.
Method:
Heat non-stick wok with a thin coat of cooking oil. Stir-fry garlic and spicy bean paste for 1 minute. Add in minced pork and fry until colour changes. Add in french beans, seasoning ingredients* and water. When the pork and beans are cooked, add in the cornflour paste and stir until the sauce is thick. Serve with rice.
