Spicy sweet Corn Chaat

Ingredients used in Spicy sweet Corn Chaat
• Lime juice - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chilly powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Tomato - 1 number.
• Coconut grated - 2 tablespoons.
• Green chilly - 2 numbers.
• Bell pepper - 1 number.
• Cucumber chopped - 1 number.
• Onion chopped (medium size) - 1 number.
• Sweet corn - 250 grams.
• Chat masala - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Sugar - 1 pinch.
• Sev - 1/4 cup.
• Boondhi - 1/2 cup.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1/2 bunch.
Method:
  • In a bowl add sweet corns, chopped onions, chopped cucumber, chopped bell pepper, chopped tomatoes, grated coconut, Mix it well.
  • Then season it with red chilly powder, chopped green chilly, chat masala, a pinch of salt, sugar, add chopped coriander leaves, lime juice, in this add sev, boondhi, mix it well and serve this.
