Spicy Tortillas Strips

Ingredients used in Spicy Tortillas Strips
• Cornmeal flour - 1 cup.
• All purpose flour - half cup.
• Baking soda - half teaspoons.
• Butter (cube) - 1 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - 2 teaspoons.
• Red chilly powder - half teaspoons.
• Green chillies (finely chopped) - 1 teaspoons.
• Onions (finely chopped) - 1 teaspoons.
• Coriander leaves (finely chopped) - 1 teaspoons.
• Lime juice - 1 teaspoons.
• Paprika powder - half teaspoons.
• Tomato - 1 number.
Method:
  1. In a bowl, add cornmeal flour, all purpose flour, baking soda, butter, salt and mix nicely using water to make a soft dough.
  2. Allow it rest for 5 minutes. Dust some flour and make round tortillas and cook both sides on hot pan.
  3. Place tortillas on table top apply oil, spread red chilly powder.
  4. Cut into triangles like as shown in video. Arrange it on baking tray.
  5. Bake it at 200ºC for 10 minutes until it is nice and crispy.
  6. For salsa: Take a bowl, add green chillies, onions, tomatos, coriander leaves, lime juice, salt, paprika powder and mix it.

Now spicy tortillas and salsa is ready to serve with any sour cream.
