Ingredients used in SPINACH AND CHEESE STUFFED IN CHICKEN
• Spinach(chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Processed cheese - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• White pepper powder - 1 pinch.
• Chicken breast - 3 pieces.
• Oil - 2-3 tablespoons.
• Carrots - 5 pieces.
• French beans - 5 pieces.
Method:
Take a plate and add spinach, processed cheese, salt, white pepper powder and mix it. Take chicken breast piece and slight mash it with hammer and stuff spinach mixture in center and roll it and close edge with tooth pick. Heat oil in a pan and place stuffed chicken piece and shallow fry it. Transfer into serving plate and arrange blanched carrot and french beans and serve it.
