1.Pour 2 table spoons of the butter into a pan for making the white sause. Add the onions and saute for 2 minutes. Then add the flour. Cook for a minute till the flour turns slightly brown.
2.Add the pepper and salt and then gradually add the milk. Stir continuously to avoid the formating of lumps. When the sause thickens, add the take it off the fire. Keep aside.
3.In asepreate pan, pour yhe reamining butter, add the spinch and saute for 5 minutes. Take it off the fire.
4Then add the preapred spinach mix and the deep fried pota rounds to the preapred white sause.
5.Spread this mixture in an oven proof dish. Sprinkle the dried parsley and the chesse on top and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees c, or till the chesse melts.
6.Serve hot with garlic bread.
