Ingredients used in Sprouted Moong
• Sprouted moong beans - 200 grams.
• Green chillies - 2 numbers.
• Water - 2 1/2 cup.
• Hing - pinch.
• Oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Curry leaves - 10 numbers.
• Salt - 1 1/2 teaspoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Fresh coconut - 1/2 numbers.
• Roasted coriander seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Dried red chillies, roasted - 4 numbers.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Tamarind pulp - 5 tablespoons.
Method:
Wash sprouted moong. pour enough water to cover the sprouts and add chillies. cook gently over low heat until tender but crisp. add the ground paste amp; salt. mix well amp; simmer over low heat until done (ensure moong stays crisp amp; crunchy amp; doesn#39;t get overcooked amp; mushy).

heat oil. add cumin seeds amp; add hing amp; curry leaves. pour over the boilded sprouts amp; mix well. serve hot.
