Ingredients used in Sprouts Salad
• Moong dal sprouts - 1 cup.
• Cowpea sprouts - 1 cup.
• Alpha alpha sprouts - 1 cup.
• Paneer - 50 grams.
• Milk - 1/2 cup.
• Pepper powder (crushed) - 1 teaspoons.
• Lemon juice - 3 tablespoons.
• Salt - 0 to taste.
• Spring onions - 1 numbers.
• Chinese cabbage - 1/4 cup.
Method:
1.In a bowl, add moong dal sprouts, cow pea sprouts, alpha alpha sprouts, spring onions, Chinese cabbage and keep a side.
2.In a blender, put Paneer, milk, salt, and make it like a thin paste, to this and pepper powder, lemon juice, salt and mix well and add this mixture to sprouts and mix well and serve.

This is a very nutritious dish and I love it! omg VahChef swallowed a big spoonful of sprouts without munching, I guess they will get planted in your stomach and come out from the nose,mouth and ears! lol  hahhaha?
